1. General Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, processing status, airline rules, embassy rules,
supplier policy and payment gateway terms.
2. Visa Processing Service
- Once visa processing work has started, service charge may be non-refundable.
- Embassy, appointment, application or third-party charges may be non-refundable.
- Visa approval is fully dependent on the embassy/authority. Rejection does not guarantee refund.
- If no processing has started, refund may be considered after verification.
3. Air Ticket Refund
- Air ticket refund depends on airline fare rules.
- Cancellation charge, airline penalty and service charge may apply.
- Refund processing time depends on airline and payment gateway timeline.
4. Duplicate Payment
If a customer accidentally makes duplicate payment, the extra amount will be verified and refunded or adjusted with another order.
5. Failed Payment
If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, please contact us with transaction ID, payment number and screenshot.
After verification, the amount will be adjusted or refunded.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds may take 7–15 working days or more depending on bank, mobile financial service, payment gateway, airline or supplier processing time.
